Expedited Shipping

We ship out the orders via FedEx / DHL express.
 


Shipping Address Reminder

PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
 


Customs &Taxes

Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Bestblackhair store is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.
 


Sign for Delivery

It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.

 

Multiple Items

Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
 


Processing Time

We create shipping labels for daily orders and send tracking numbers through email within 24-48 hours.
In-stock orders: tracking information will be updated in 48 hours.
Customize hair: tracking information will be updated in 7-10 days.

Shipping Time

USA: 3-5 business days, Other Countries: 5-10 business days.

 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.
 
 

Note:

1. Due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modify the address resulting from the cost of the buyer will bear this part of the cost.
2. Due to buyers for their own reasons halfway to cancel the order, or the goods returned, this part of the cost borne by the buyer.
3. Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on a workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on a workday as the shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during an estimated time of arrival because the shipper might contact you via phone.
